One of our valued customers here in the Dallas area, has ordered their second Anorad tester. Currently we are in the installation phase at the customers factory. The Anorad gantry is becoming the choice for us here at Semiequipment.com, in overhead gantry applications. In the near future, we will be designing an high speed pick and place with Anorads linear motor offerings.
This new generation machine will be picking from 8 inch wafers insertion and removal of chip scale products in test sockets, then placing the parts into tape and reel or waffle pack. Features will include wafer mapping, vision, and extreme high accuracy placement. |
