Die sorting service - very small die |

There are many places that will sort die to rings, waffle packs, gell packs and other carriers. But when you tell them you need to pick a die size less than .010 by .010, or you need a small run done, they have a tendency to just ignore you. We have capabilities from the smallest production runs to a current maximum of 50,000 devices per day, and this can be expanded in a pretty short order.
