Working with a Dallas semiconductor company, we have developed a environmental test handler for opto products. This was delivered as a stand alone handler. The handler system is very flexible, and can be used for many standard and non standard parts. Inside the chamber is a wheel, that is socketed for the parts to be tested, with a source to provide product excitation. A retractable contact set provides the path to the individual parts located around the wheel, allowing for programmable product carriers, with varied number of products per carrier.
