Semiequipment.com is reconfiguring a Anorad FCB 5300 to suit our customers needs. Conversion of this workhorse in our facility, with the full support of Anorad's manufacturing and service group, allows us to supply a solution to our customer’s requirements with quick delivery and conversion of this machine into a fully automated tester.
In addition, we are able supply new machines with the same capabilities for additional capacity with Anorad's superior gantry's.
Picking from waffle packs on a incoming conveyor, testing, flipping the chip, and packaging into a tape and reel. Accuracy for Anorad gantery systems is stated at 5 micron's.
The machine has XYZT on the head, with Cognex vision system, allowing superior speed and placement accuracy.
